1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the pl68 platform — including the pl68 website at pl68.pro, the pl68 mobile site, any pl68 casino games, the pl68 sportsbook, or any other pl68 service — you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and pl68 with respect to your use of the pl68 platform. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately stop using the pl68 platform and close your pl68 account.

These Terms should be read together with the pl68 Privacy Policy and the pl68 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and pl68.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a pl68 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for participation in real-money casino games, sports betting, and all other gaming services at pl68 is 21 years. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, associations, and other legal persons are not eligible to hold a pl68 player account.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction — in your country of residence or the country from which you access pl68 — that prohibits you from participating in online gambling services.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that applies to pl68 or to online gambling services in general.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during and after the registration process. pl68 reserves the right to request documentary verification of the information you provide at any time.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of pl68, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

pl68 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to state the reason for such refusal or closure, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) pl68 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one pl68 account — including accounts under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pl68 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your pl68 account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your pl68 account, regardless of your relationship with that person.
• You must notify pl68 support immediately if you suspect that your pl68 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised.
• pl68 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your pl68 account, including all bets placed and all transactions completed, unless pl68 has been duly notified of unauthorised access in accordance with this section.

You must keep your registered account information — including your mobile number and payment method details — accurate and up to date. You may update your account information by contacting pl68 customer support. Outdated information that leads to failed withdrawals or communication failures is your responsibility.

pl68 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your pl68 account or any balance held within it to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the pl68 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees ( PKR). pl68 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — instant deposits; withdrawals processed within standard timelines
• EasyPaisa — instant deposits; withdrawals processed within standard timelines
• Raast — instant interbank transfers via Pakistan's national payment system
• HBL / UBL — bank transfer deposits and withdrawals
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited to your pl68 PKR wallet upon confirmation of receipt by pl68's payment processing systems. pl68 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile money provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pl68 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a valid government-issued CNIC, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

pl68 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which are displayed in your account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted by pl68 at any time subject to reasonable notice. Bonus funds are subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal, as detailed in Section 5.

Funds held in your pl68 PKR wallet do not accrue interest. pl68 holds player funds in accordance with its licensing obligations. In the event of pl68 ceasing operations, player fund protection procedures will be communicated to all account holders.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pl68 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions such as PSL specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of promotion.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the pl68 registration process and satisfy the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion.
• Each bonus promotion may specify a minimum deposit amount required to qualify. Deposits below the stated minimum will not trigger the bonus.
• All pl68 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements"). The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly for each promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement. Contribution percentages are stated in the individual promotion terms. In general, slots contribute 100% and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate.
• pl68 reserves the right to cancel any bonus — and any winnings generated from that bonus — if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other form of bonus abuse.

pl68 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such amendment does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the pl68 sportsbook and all wagers placed on pl68 casino games are subject to the specific game and market rules applicable to that game or market, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet has been confirmed by the pl68 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• pl68 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or settled due to a technical error, a data feed error, or human error, provided that the voiding is carried out in accordance with pl68's published error correction policy.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or the result of a casino game, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body — or the certified game log in the case of RNG-based casino games — shall be the definitive record.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games on pl68. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, market, and player account status.
• Bets placed on cricket markets — including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is — are subject to pl68's specific cricket betting rules, which are available in the pl68 Sportsbook Rules section of your account dashboard.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the live feed and the open status of the in-play market. pl68 does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets and is not liable for any losses arising from the interruption of a live feed.

All RNG-based slot and casino games on pl68 use certified random number generators. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is stated in the individual game information panel. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes in any RNG-based game.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pl68 platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonus balances, and forfeiture of funds in accordance with applicable law:

• Registering more than one pl68 account, or assisting any other person in opening a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using the pl68 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of criminal activities.
• Employing any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to place bets, interact with games, or perform any other function on pl68 that would otherwise require manual human interaction.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing discrepancy on the pl68 platform. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of such errors are not payable and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, pl68 employees, or third parties in a manner that creates an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Using the pl68 platform in any manner that is designed to circumvent the platform's responsible gaming controls, including using a third party's account to continue gaming after self-exclusion.
• Accessing the pl68 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security controls.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pl68 platform — including but not limited to the pl68 logo, brand name, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, data compilations, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of pl68 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pl68 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any pl68 content without the express prior written consent of pl68.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any pl68 software or game.
• Use the pl68 brand name, logo, or any other pl68 trademark in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with pl68 without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the pl68 website on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of pl68 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, for which pl68 reserves all available legal remedies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pl68, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pl68 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, or profits due to platform downtime, technical errors, or interrupted betting markets.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information resulting from events beyond pl68's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the pl68 platform that contain errors.
• Interruption or unavailability of the pl68 platform or any pl68 service due to scheduled maintenance, network failures, force majeure events, or any other cause.

pl68's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pl68 platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pl68 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

pl68 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering a pl68 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the pl68 Privacy Policy.

pl68 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, CNIC details, mobile number, email address, and payment method information for the purposes of account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

pl68 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to what is necessary for the operation of the pl68 platform and compliance with legal obligations, as further described in the pl68 Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

pl68 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. pl68 recognises that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and is not intended as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pl68 account holders through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit to your pl68 account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you are permitted to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your pl68 account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pl68 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, all pl68 marketing communications to you are suspended.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

pl68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, without prior notice, where pl68 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The account belongs to a player who is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account would expose pl68 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The player has requested self-exclusion in accordance with pl68's responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pl68 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where the breach is confirmed, pl68 may forfeit the balance in accordance with its anti-fraud and AML policies and applicable law. Where no breach is established, the account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pl68 account should contact pl68 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pl68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where pl68 makes a material change to these Terms, it will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the pl68 platform, at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior individual notice.

Your continued use of the pl68 platform after any amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the pl68 platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

The current version of these Terms is always available at pl68.pro/terms-conditions. The version number and effective date are stated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pl68's international operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and pl68 arising from your use of the pl68 platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through pl68's customer support channel. pl68 commits to providing a written response to any formal dispute within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through pl68's internal complaints process, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution service designated by pl68's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available from pl68 customer support upon request.
